Marlene is a full-time nurse and still finds time to come out to the garden. She tends to her box regularly,making sure its taken care of even while out on vacation. She has also recurited a new member for the garden. Let's give our thanks to Marlene for being a great volunteer for the month of July!

Mom and Me Day at the Garden!

Saturday, March 20th, 2010

Bring your family out to join in on the fun at the Wise Words Community Garden Volunteer Day on March 27, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

This will be a day filled with not only fun but also learning. To participate, please sign up online by filling out the form below or call our office at 504-251-9818 to register.

Refreshments will be served to all who participate.

A parent or guardian must accompany children who are participating.
